THIS one is the best though. It is to be found in the ECOWAS newletter. The January 2008 one, not 1981 as one might have imagined. It sort of sums up my work on ECOWAS. Conventions (ratified ones!) are unavailable. Protocols on the official ECOWAS website jump from article 3, to article 5. I never will find out what the dispositions are, even though I have actually mentionned the damn inexistent article 4 in my research…
